Auto Responder and Notifications

Auto Responder  (Auto-responder sends a confirmation email notifying the user that your form submission has been received.)

  • Select Manage action link (from module)
  • Select Form
  • Select Options
  • Select Email Alerts
  • Email List Appears
  • Select Add New Email

Note:  Please make sure Email Field is on the form and is required.

 

 

  • Select Autoresponder

 

 

  • Add From Email
  • Add Reply to Email
  • Change Please Select to Email
  • Select Next action link
 
 
  • Personalize (by selecting tokens from drop-down)
 
 
  • Select Finish action link

 

Notification (Sends an email notification to an admin or others that a new form has been submitted. There can be multiple email alerts so be sure to name each one. The email body is auto-generated with the form fields and its values, changes can be made.

  • Select Form
  • Select Options
  • Select Email Alerts
  • Email List Appears
  • Select Add New Email

 

 

  • Select Notification
  • Select Next action link

 

 

  • Add From Name (Naming the notification)
  • Add From Email
  • Select from Reply to Email dropdown Admin Email, or Email
  • Add To Email
  • Select Next action link

 

 
Personalize (by selecting tokens from drop-down)
 
 
  • Select Finish action link

 

Notifications can also be sent based on user input using the Form Submission Action Send Email. Please visit vendor for more information, or email webteam@ops.org
