Creating a Web Page without using the Template (video)
Note: If Parent Page is set to NONE SPECIFIED it will place the new page on the school navigation menu along Home, Staff List, etc.

Creating a page Using a Template (video)
- Scroll over the Persona Bar to the Content Icon
- Pages

DO NOT START TYPING
- Select the Parent Page (from the menu) Example given: Staff
- Roll Cursor over the dotted arrow (shown below)

- Select Add Page (from the drop-down)

- Select the DETAILS TAB
- Name Page, copy and paste in Title, Description, and Keywords
- Select whether it is to be displayed on the menu or not
- Add the template (before adding the page to the website if you are using one)
- GO TO THE PERMISSIONS TAB

- Filter by group is at Global (may need to change to all)
- Start typing Name of Role
- Select from drop-down
- Select +Add


- Check All Users VIEW
- Check the New Role Added VIEW and EDIT
- GO TO ADVANCED TAB

- Turn Secure Connection On (if it is not on already)
- SAVE
- If in incorrect hierarchy, click on the page and hold down cursor to drag and drop in right location.
