Create a Folder for a New User

How to Create a Folder found in File Management for a New User

 

  • Roll Cursor over the Persona Bar
  • Find the Manage Icon (two wrenches crossed)
  • Select Site Assets

 

 

  • File Management Select Staff Folder
  • Right Click on Staff Folder
  • Create Folder (T_Last Name_First Name)

 

 

  • Select the Folder Created
  • Right Click on Folder

 

 

  • Select Permission Tab
  • Select Role and Add

 

 

  • Check
    • Browse Files in Folder
    • Open Files in Folder
    • Write to Folder (Do Not Leave a Minus Sign in Any Boxes, this is a Hard Lock-Out)
  • Save
