Setting Up Accounts Checklist

Site Administrators checklist for setting up new accounts:

  1. Create Security Role
  2. Create File & Connect to Security Role
  3. Create Web Page with Teacher Template & Connect to Security Role
  4. Create User Account & Connect to Security Role

*The security role is the main connection to the file, web page, and user account.  If the security role is not connected to the user’s account the user will not be able to log in and edit their web pages.  If the security role is not connected to the file the user will not be able to upload files or images; and finally if the security role is not connected to the web page they will not be able to edit or add modules to the page.
